Who we are
This website is run by Bit More Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09673233), registered office 7 Three Rivers Business Park, Felixstowe Road, Foxhall, Ipswich IP10 0BF. What we collect
When you email us: whatever details you choose to share, such as your name, email address and what you’d like to talk about.
When you visit the site: like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site doesn’t send your details to anyone else.
How we use your information
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don’t use them for marketing, we don’t sell them and we don’t share them with anyone else except the service providers below.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who get in touch with us. If we go on to work together, we’ll use your details as needed to carry out our contract with you.
Who else handles your information
Kualo hosts this website in the UK. Google (Google Workspace) provides our email, so your enquiry is stored in our inbox. Google may store data outside the UK, protected by the safeguards UK law requires. Both act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t lead to any work, we delete it within two years. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together, and then for as long as the law requires us to keep business records (usually six years).
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Just email getintouch@bitmoremedia.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
